7 Do's and Don'ts When Putting Your Callers On Hold...

7 “Don'ts” When Dealing With Your On Hold Callers:

•  Don't put your callers on hold in silence because 70% hang up within the first minute

•  Don't put you callers on hold in silence because they hate it and it costs you money in lost sales

•  Don't put your callers on hold in silence because it makes you look amateur and unprofessional
